How cool is it to create a perfume of your own?

Last time was my fourth or fifth visit to Oo La Lab, but this time I was a bit disappointed.

In previous visits, if I booked an appointment and mentioned it was for a birthday or another special occasion, they would offer the birthday person the opportunity to create two perfumes or two candles—one being the booked item from the purchaser and the other as a complimentary gift, so we both could enjoy the experience.

Regarding my latest visit this month, I mentioned in the booking note that it was a gift for my friend, as I always do. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, I called them to inform them that I would be a bit late due to traffic. During the call, I asked if they had seen the note I left, and they checked it only then. When we arrived, we were lost because they had changed the warehouse location and had not informed me, so I had to call them back to ask for directions.

Lastly, I didn’t like the place. It was not up to the standards I had experienced before, and they did not offer any complimentary gift for my friend during the visit, which disappointed me. The staff was friendly with us, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.

I give this visit a 2-star rating.
