How it works
Each fragrance has its own sound, named for its frequency: 396 to 963 Hz. The sound plays through a central speaker while you smell, three breaths at a time.
What it feels like
Notice what changes when the sound stops. Your first words become the brief for your overtone. There are no wrong answers.
Sixty minutes, six moves.

- Listen Your frequency plays through the room speaker. Blotter in hand.
- Notice The sound stops. What changed? Your first words shape the overtone.
- Tune Your 100ml stays sealed. You build the overtone: lift, depth, glow.
- Breathe Inhale, slow the breath, smell again. Did the fragrance change, or did you?
- Keep Name your overtone. Finish the line: when I need to feel ____, I'll wear this.

What do I take home?
A 100ml Eau de Parfum in your frequency, a 10ml overtone you build, and your frequency card.
How does my bottle relate to the collection?
Your 100ml is the retail Eau de Parfum for your frequency. In the session you personalise how it wears with a 10ml overtone you build, guided by your facilitator.
What's an overtone?
A layer you blend in the session and wear over your 100ml. The frequency is the base. The overtone is yours.
Is this safe during pregnancy?
We follow standard fragrance-handling precautions, and you can take part without putting anything on your skin. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to fragrance, tell us when you book. For a medical concern, check with your doctor.
Do I need any experience?
No. It's hands-on and built for beginners. We guide you throughout.
What does the frequency part mean?
Sound is a way into the fragrance. It helps you notice how a scent feels, not just whether it smells nice. You don't need to believe in any theory.
What if I don't connect with my frequency?
It's a starting point, not a rule. You can smell, compare and adjust as you go.
Do I have to wear it on my skin?
No. Blotters work throughout. Skin is optional.
Can I change my mind?
Your facilitator helps you refine the overtone before it's bottled. Your 100ml stays sealed.
Can we book privately?
Yes. Private sessions for 2–6, larger groups by arrangement. Corporate events are organised separately.
What if I need to reschedule?
Tell us as early as you can and we'll move you to another session.
