Everything Vibrates: Why We’re Tuning Our Fragrances to Frequency
Sound moves through a room. Scent moves through memory. We wanted to compose with both.
Everything vibrates. A string. A speaker cone. A pane of glass when the bass is too close. Sound is movement you can hear.
We have always used it to change the feeling of a place. A song makes the same street look different. A voice across a room shifts the whole evening. Silence has a texture too.
Scent belongs in that conversation.
It does not sound like music, obviously. It moves through a space, catches on fabric, turns up in memory hours later. It can be immediate, but it is never generic. One person smells vetiver and thinks of a garden after rain. Another thinks of a grandfather's jacket. Both are right.
The Frequency Collection is our experiment in the correspondence between those materials. Each fragrance is paired with a sound reference measured in hertz: a number that tells us the pitch of a tone. It gives the collection its seven-part rhythm, from Grounding to Energy.
We are not putting sound inside a bottle. We are designing an encounter: one fragrance, one tone, one moment to notice what the pairing makes available.
That may become a private ritual. A scent you wear to arrive. One you keep for the flight home. One you reach for when you want the window open, even if you are nowhere near one.
